EUWA FAQ’s on EU GPSR Requirements soon available

Dear EUWA Members, dear Visitors,

The new EU General Product Safety Regulation is a real challenge and not as easy to follow as it seems to be.

Within the interest of our members, to adopt and cover one of the latest EU Regulations, EUWA has worked out an FAQ together with a well established Law Firm.

As of the excellent expertise about EU Regulations, the Law Firm together with EUWA specialist could realise these FAQs to address the legal obligations of wheel manufacturers organised in our Association when placing wheels on the market of the EU and the European Economic Area in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety “GPSR”.

In addition, these FAQs contain product-related practical tips exclusively to the GPSR requirements for making the adoption for our member as easy as possible and the products of our members as safety as possible towards the user.

The FAQ’s will soon be available in the member area for download. All EUWA members will be informed via our internal channels.
