Technical Standards EUWA ES-3.34 Material Standardisation – Aluminum Specification for Pass Car Wheels

This EUWA standard defines the minimum material specifications for A356 casting
aluminum alloy ingot as the basis material for the manufacturing of aluminum wheels for
Passenger Vehicles. These material specifications shall assure a minimum level of general
wheel quality under the aspects of sustainability and green production methods.
Furthermore, it should guarantee these characteristics during the product life cycle and
recycling process.
